I love the Beach!
On July 19-21, 2018, went to beach a few days, just Donnie and I. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express just across the street from the beach. We went to beach Thursday, July 19th when we got there and Friday, July 20. We did he pool all three days we were there.
We decided to check out the night life. We went to Roper’s Thursday Night, July 19th. Small dance floor but had fun dancing. Small crowd at beginning, then it was packed. Checking out Whiskey River tonight.
Whiskey River, Corpus Christi, Friday Night, July 20th. Bigger dance floor, great music, nice crowd, good dancers and drink specials. I had fun dancing.
We always try to find a seafood place to eat. We ate at Snoopy’s which is a place we ate before. We both felt it wasn’t enough food for the price.
One of the things that was fun to watch was the pelicans diving into the ocean for food.
We did a little shopping on the last day and ate at Olive Garden.
My oldest son Marcus is getting in married to Jessika on April 18, 2015 in Las Vegas. We plan to arrive in Las Vegas the day before and going back home the day after the wedding. We will see a two shows while we’re there so even though it’s a short trip, it should be fun. Several family members are going. We’re staying in the Palazzo while others stay elsewhere.

We had bought a new house on February 21, 2012 and I have an addition to my family, a grandson, born August 19, 2012 which is the reason that I haven’t been posting on my blog all this time. Life has been hectic. We are still trying to move from our old home to our new home. I thought we would be moved out of the old house and the old house would be sold by now. The new house has a separate building that is my Studio to dance, exercise, write, journal, paint and create. I am looking forward to having more time to use my Studio, I will have so much to share. The move has been very stressful and I am tired most of the time. I haven’t had much time to write. I am inspired and I will not let so much time go by before posting on my blog. I currently am doing research and interested in starting a Writing/Journal/Art Journaling club. I have a back and front picture of the house in this blog. The house is beautiful on the inside with lots of space and windows. I was able to get pictures of most of my immediate family members with the new life in our family. There is another proud Uncle, that I didn’t get a picture, hopefully I will be able to insert a picture of him and baby soon.
Quote of the Day:
“No matter how much time passes, no matter what takes place in the interim, there are some things we can never assign to oblivion, memories we can never rub away. They remain with us forever, like a touchstone.” — Haruki Murakam
Welcome to my blog where I will be sharing my thoughts and aspirations. I will share creative and motivating information I come across in my experiences, research, browsing and reading. This will be an opportunity to enjoy responses of my friends and readers. I hope we can both learn from each other. I hope this will be inspiring to you, I believe it will be for me. I love to dance, watch movies, read and write. I love and care for several Yorkshire Terriers. I have an interest in grooming and breeding Yorkies. Over several years I have taken a big interest in electronics, computers and tablets. I have four children, ranging from 12 years old to 26 years old, 3 boys and 1 girl. I will share in all my areas of interest.
Quote of the Day:
Creativity is just connecting things. When you ask creative people how they did something, they feel a little guilty because they didn’t really do it, they just saw something. It seemed obvious to them after a while. That’s because they were able to connect experiences they’ve had and synthesize new things. Steve Jobs
